Sullivan House began with a clear visual language. Darker tones, stronger contrast, and a more defined architectural presence.

Rather than softening that direction, the design works with it, balancing bold surfaces and structured lines through warm timber, layered lighting, and natural texture. Each material was chosen to hold its own while still contributing to a home that feels cohesive, livable, and grounded.

The result is a space that feels modern and expressive, yet deeply personal. Where clarity, warmth, and atmosphere exist in quiet balance.
